Our 2019 Cabernet is a gorgeous collaboration with Reynolds Family Winery of Napa Valley, and a recipient of a silver medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition. The experience begins with smoky tobacco and cedar, followed by dried blueberry and blackberry, with a strong oak finish. Steve Reynolds proclaimed that this is best enjoyed after 6 years aging, so the time is now to unearth this treasure from the cellar and cherish with a prime filet garnished with Chef Leah’s 72 hour red wine demi-glace.
